This is an ATC that I painted with watercolors.  The original is available for trade, and I have prints that are also available for trade.  (The original WC ATC was traded on 3/15/12.)

Bellpeppers

I am looking forward to painting bell peppers for an ATC swap, but I painted this picture with acrylics on canvas.  There is something about painting fruits and veggies that is so much fun.

Abstracts

I have been having fun painting abstracts.  I painted these abstracts using acrylics and mixed media on canvas.

Watercolor Still-Life

I painted this tea-pot, cloth, and bowl of lemons with watercolors.  I really like the details I was able to include on the teapot.  I would have liked to include more detail on the actual bowl, but I could not get my paint and brush ”to cooperate”.  Overall I am happy with the way it came out.

Hand Swap

These hands were done for the Blind Hand Swap on atcsforall.com.  The first hand is a mixed-media collage with different types of paper and acrylic paints, the second one is made from acrylics and paper, and the third one is watercolor and ink. 

  

Marilyn Monroe

This is a pencil drawing that I did today.  I love drawing and painting portraits, and Marilyn makes a great subject with all her beauty and glamor.    

Anatomical Heart Swap

I painted these ATCs with acrylics.  I drew a little inspiration from Renee Magritte for the first one.  My 13 year old daughter says that she likes the last one, but it is also “a little disturbing”.

    

Shades of Blue

I painted these atcs for an abstract swap that is focusing on shades of blue.  I painted them with acrylics.   The last abstract looks like it has shades of green in it, but in person the shades are more blue.
